The key factors creating and influencing the social climate at our school are its culture, professional management and the quality of interpersonal relationships. The good quality of the social climate generally depends on the relations between teachers and students, mutual relations among teachers, relations between teachers and other school employees, between teachers and parents, further on relations between the school management and the teachers and last but not least also among students themselves. The school emphasises mutual trust and respect among all who are taking part in the educational process of learning and teaching, their integrity and solidarity.
Another feature characterising a good climate is the loyalty towards the school management which results from the individual support of the school objectives even over time.
The climate of the school should be optimistic-, calm-, cooperative-, creative- and cheerful- aimed. The favourable atmosphere, smiley faces, well-being and feeling of freedom makes the school to a pleasant place for teachers and their students there where a good deal of work is done.
Being a good teacher means to understand, learn new things and discover the world to both students and pupils and teachers themselves. Teachers shall be able to respond sensitively to the school situation, suggest and realize optimal teaching strategies and work efficiently in a team of colleagues.
