          At the end of the second grade all students have to pass a practical progress test. It is an examination taken from vocational subjects - cooking and service. After drawing topics and working positions students prepare a festive table and later on cook and serve a festive dinner for invited personalities, partners and politicians. There the students show skills and knowledge (cooking, service, communication, organisation,...).learned at school.
