PHARE Programme
In March 2007 a Czech Cuisine course was organised where Bukaschool Most, with the support of the EU, co-operated with the Dresdner Verkehrinsitut Sachsen GmBH represented by Mr. Rainer Kraetzschmar. This course took place in Most and was focused on learning traditional Czech cuisine introduced to German re-trainers. They not only learned about Czech cuisine, but also cultural and historical attractions in northern Czechia.
The LEONARDO programme
Bukaschool organised a culinary course for italian hotel school students. They become familiar with the basics of czech and moravian cuisines and traditional czech dishes. The course was also interesting for the czech participants while they learned about italian gastronomy. The students also tried how to carve fruit and vegetables in a carving course.
